With the backdrop of the Lusitania Sinking, and America's entry into World War I, this company incorporated with the idea of salvaging ships sunk in the Atlantic.
Stock. Issued in 1918. #2092.
While its likely that the company had very little success, it sure put together a great diving bell vignette.
