The Aphelion Hall Company. The definition of Aphelion is: "The point in its orbit where a planet is furthest away from the sun.". That's all I know for sure about this company. It probably ran a small meeting place just north of Boston. The certificate indicates that only 40 shares where authorized at $25/share. So the total capitalization of the company was only $1000.
